Directions from the North via the M5 Leave the M5 at Junction 7. Continue following ‘the Malverns’ signs, you will cross over the River Severn and on the new road. You will join the A449 at the large roundabout at the bottom of this road bear left following the signs to ‘the malverns’. The A449 passes Hanley Terrace. stay on this road, you will drive into the first of the Malverns, Malvern Link, continue towards the hills on the A449. Next is Great Malvern, continue across the top of the town and out still on the A449, into Malvern Wells. Both sides of the road are bordered by grass and trees. At the other end of the common you will pass a pub, The Railway Inn, Hanley Terrace is the second turning on the right hand side after the pub. First one is Eaton Road, its a 100yds past Eaton Road. Drive to the end and we are the last house. Directions from the South via the M5 Leave the M5 at Junction 8. onto the M50 Signposted The Malverns. Leave the M50 at juction 1. Follow signs to the Malverns along the A38 in the direction of Worcester. Turn off the A38 to Upton upon Severn A4104. You will cross the River Severn as you enter Upton upon Severn. At the other side of the bridge turn right at the small roundabout, onto the B4211 signposted ‘the Malverns’. After Hanley Castle turn left onto the B4209 towards Hanley Swan. Straight through Hanley Swan and along the straight road to the traffic lights at the Three Counties Showground. At the lights turn right. After about a mile the road goes up a slight rise, at the top of the rise turn left across the common, over the railway bridge and continue up towards the hills still ove rthe common. At the top turn left. (The railway Inn is across the road from the junction). Hanley Terrace is the second turning on the right hand side after the pub. First one is Eaton Road, its a 100yds past Eaton Road. Drive to the end and we are the last house. |
